View a Customer's Transactions

1. Navigate to Engage My Customer in the Sidebar Menu

2. Locate the Customer you wish to review, select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) followed by View Transactions.

      1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to view followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Transactions.

    • View Merchant's Transactions

      1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to Edit followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Transactions. You will be redirected to the Transactions page filtered to this Merchant.

    • View Receipt

      1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Transactions, select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), followed by View Receipt.

    • View Transaction Receipt

      1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Transaction you wish to view the receipt of, and select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) followed by View Receipt.

      1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Transaction you wish to view the receipt of, and select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) followed by View Receipt.
