  1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to view followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Transactions.

  1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to Edit followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Transactions. You will be redirected to the Transactions page filtered to this Merchant.

• View Recurring Billing Transactions

  1. Navigate to Virtual Terminal in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select Manage followed by the Recurring Billing tab. Here you will be able to monitor Pending, Completed or Expired Recurring Billing Transactions.
