View Merchant's Transactions

1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the Merchant you wish to Edit followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Transactions.

You will be redirected to the Transactions page filtered to this Merchant.

    • View Merchant Profile

      1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Merchant button select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), followed by View Profile.

    • View a Customer's Transactions

      1. Navigate to Engage My Customer in the Sidebar Menu 2. Locate the Customer you wish to review, select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) followed by View Transactions.

    • View Merchant's Operators

      1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to Edit followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then View Operators.

    • View Merchant Operators

      1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to view Operators and select the DBA Name. 3. Select Operators on the right side of the screen.
