1. Navigate to Engage my Customer

2. Select the Filter button followed by selecting one of the following filters:

  • All Customers
  • Loyal Customers
  • Lost Customers
  • High Spenders
  • Customer Time slot
  • Birthday Wish
  • Anniversary Wish
