Export Ticket History

1. Navigate to My Tickets in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Select the Action button followed by Export.

3. Select the Export file format followed by Export.

      1. Navigate to Tickets in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select Export followed by confirming the Export format type and selecting Export again to finalize.
    • Export Ticket Logs

      1. Navigate to Support in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Export button followed by confirming the Export's file type.
    • Delete Ticket

      1. Navigate to Tickets in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) next to the Ticket you wish to Delete followed by Delete. 3. Confirm Ticket deletion to complete.
    • View Terminal Serial Number History

      1.Navigate to Device Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Device EPI followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then select View Serial #History.
    • Edit Ticket

      1. Navigate to Tickets in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) next to the Ticket you wish to Edit followed by Edit. 3. Update Ticket details followed by Update.
