Modify a Support Ticket

Modify a Support Ticket

1. Navigate to Support in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Select the Checkbox next to the Support ticket followed by the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) then Edit.

3. Here you will be able to do the following:

  • Toggle a ticket from Open, Close or Pending
  • Complete Description details of the Ticket
  • Complete Resolution details of the Ticket

    • Edit a Ticket

      1. Navigate to My Tickets in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Ticket you wish to modify followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) then Edit. 3. Modify the Ticket details followed by selecting Update to complete.
    • Delete Ticket

      1. Navigate to Tickets in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) next to the Ticket you wish to Delete followed by Delete. 3. Confirm Ticket deletion to complete.
    • Edit Ticket

      1. Navigate to Tickets in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) next to the Ticket you wish to Edit followed by Edit. 3. Update Ticket details followed by Update.
    • Export Ticket Logs

      1. Navigate to Support in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Export button followed by confirming the Export's file type.
