How to Generate Tax Reports

1. Reports

   From the dashboard, click on Reports.

2. Tax Report

Select Tax Report from the pop-out menu

3. Change Selected Stores

If you have multiple stores connected to your Petro Outlet system, you can generate a single report that combines the data or you can pull individual reports by store.

Multi-Store Report

Select all stores linked to your account

Single-Store Report

Select the specific store you would like to generate a report for.

4. Change Reporting Period

• Change Reporting Period

Here you can set the time frame for the data on your report. You can choose between cashier shifts or a custom time range.

With the Custom Period feature, you have the option to pull data by date & time (the hour)

5. Report Overview

Once you’ve set the above conditions, the report will generate.

The following information will display:

• Tax Name

• POS Tax #

• Gross Sales

• Tax Collected

• Taxable Amount

6. Download Report

A summarized portion of the report you generated is displayed on the screen, you can access the complete version by clicking on Export to CSV.

The report will be downloaded in CSV (Excel) format.
