Add Operator to Merchant

Add Operator to Merchant

1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the Merchant you wish to Edit followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then View Operators.

3. Select the Add button followed by Add Operator.

4. Complete the following Contact Information followed by selecting Next:

  • Email Address
  • User name
  • Phone Number
  • First Name
  • Last Name

5. Select which Modules the Operator will have access to followed by Submit.

The new Operator will receive an Activation Link to their Mobile Phone Number and Email.
