Add Merchant Operators

Add Merchant Operators

1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the Merchant you wish to view Operators and select the DBA Name.

3. Select Operators on the right side of the screen.

4. Select Add Operator at the top right of the screen.

5. Add the following Operator's details:

  • Email
  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number

When done select Next.

6. Select which Modules you would like the Operator to have access to followed by selecting Submit.

An Activation Email will be sent to the Operator's Email account to complete account setup.
