• View Devices

  1. Navigate to User Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the User you wish to View Devices for. 3. Select the Vertical Ellipsis button followed by View Devices.

• View a Batch

  1. Select the Menu button followed by Batch. 2. Select the Store Icon in the top-left to navigate between owned stores. 3. Select the Device icon in the top-right to navigate between devices.

• View a Batch

  1. Select the Menu button followed by Batch. 2. Select the Store Icon in the top-left to navigate between owned stores. 3. Select the Device icon in the top-right to navigate between devices.

• Show Locked Devices

  1. Navigate to Device Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Check the box next to Show only Locked devices.

• View Receipt

  1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Transactions, select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), followed by View Receipt.
