1. Navigate to Device Management in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the device in question, followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) then View Heartbeat.

You will be able to view the following details:

  • EPI Number
  • Serial Number
  • Device Model
  • Kernel Version
  • CLS Kernel Version
  • EMV Kernel Version
  • App Version
  • Media (Connection Type)
  • Connection Strength (WIFI / Cellular)
  • Date of Heartbeat
  • Device Type
  • Pinpad Serial Number
  • Pinpad Version Number
  • SIMcard Connection
  • SIMcard ID
  • Disk Total Size
  • Disk Used Size
  • RAM Total Size
  • RAM Used Size
