  1.Navigate to Device Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Device EPI followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then select View Audit Logs.

  1. Navigate to User Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the User you wish to view Audit Logs for. 3. Select the Vertical Ellipsis button followed by Audit Log.

  1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select the Action button followed by View Audit Log.

• View Merchant Level Audit Log

  1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to view Audit Logs, and select the DBA Name. 3. Select Audit Log on the right side of the screen.

• View Merchant Operator Audit Logs

  1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the Merchant you wish to view Operators and select the DBA Name. 3. Select Operators on the right side of the screen. 4. Select Action followed by Audit Logs
