Print Terminal Reports

  1. Enter Password (Default = Last 4 Digits of EPI)

  2. Select one of the following:

Open Batch= Print Open Batch Summary
Closed Batch = Print Last Closed Batch Summary
Detailed Report = Print Detailed Report of a Recently Closed Batch
Tip Report = Print Tip Report for a Clerk/Server from a Recent Batch

    • Tax Report

      1. Navigate to Report in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select Tax Report 3. Select Export to Export Tax Reports if necessary.

    • Tip Report

      1. Navigate to Report in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select Tip Report. Filter Options 1. Select the Filter button then modify the following: Date Range EPI 2. Select Search to show the updated list of Tip Reports.

    • BatchOut Report

      1. Navigate to Report in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Select BatchOut Report. Filter Options 1. Select the Filter button then modify the following: Date Range EPI/Merchant Name/Store Number 2. Select Search to show the updated list of Batch Reports.

    • Export an Open Batch Report

      1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu. 2. Locate the most recent transaction within the Open Batch, select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮) followed by Open Batch. 3. Select the Action button, followed by Export.
