Process Transaction via Remote Diagnostic
- Navigate to Remote Diagnostics in the Sidebar Menu
- Ensure Merchant is in Remote Diagnostics Mode on the Terminal
VL100/VL110/VP100 = Favorites button, followed by 9.Start RD.
VL500 = Currently Unavailable
- Locate Merchant Terminal followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Connect.
- Select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), followed by Financial Transaction.
- Proceed Transaction completion via the Terminal.
