Issue Refund

Issue Refund

1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the Transaction, select the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), followed by Issue Refund.

3. Enter Refund Amount, Customer Details and select Proceed to complete.

      1. On the Homescreen tap SALE until it turns to Refund. 2. Enter the Transaction amount followed by Select the OK button. 3. Select the OK button to Confirm the Refund Amount followed by Tap / Swipe / Insert Card to complete the Refund.
