Gift Card Boarding

1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the Merchant you wish to Edit followed by selecting the Vertical Ellipsis(⋮), then Edit.

3. Navigate to Page 3 Devices followed by selecting the EPI you wish to add Gift Cards to, followed by selecting the Gift Card tab towards the bottom of the screen.

4. Select either Valutec or Factor4 from the Vendor dropdown and populate the following:

  • Valutec =
    • Terminal ID
    • Client ID
  • Factor4 =
    • Terminal ID
    • Client ID
    • Location ID
    • Integration Auth
    • Integration Password

5. After populating, select +Update Device followed by No if there are no more devices to Edit or Yes to continue adding Gift Card to the other devices.

6. When completed, select No, then Update Merchant on Page 4 Modules to save.

7. Perform a Package Download on the Terminal to reflect the ability to use Gift Cards.
