Add Sub-ISO

Add Sub-ISO

1. Navigate to User Management in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Select the Add button followed by Add SUB-ISO.

3. Fill out all required information including:

  • Email Address
  • DBA Name
  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Zip Code
  • City
  • State
  • Role (ISO Operator)
  • Tech Support Phone Number
  • Extension 1
  • Tech Support Email Address
  • Sales Support Phone Number
  • Extension 2
  • Sales Support Email Address
  • Sub-ISO Logo

4. Next on the Manage page, you will be able to select which Merchants the SUB-ISO or Sales Person is able to support. When completed select Next.

5. Next, you will be able to determine which Processors the Sub-ISO has access to. Select the appropriate Processor BIN ranges and select Next.

6. Next, you will select which Modules you would like the Sub-ISO to have access to.

7. To complete their Boarding process select Submit.

An Activation Link will be sent to the Email Address you've boarded for that Sub-ISO.
